Citi term deposits review
Depending on the term deposit period, the interest rates offered by Citi can range from low to high. Customers looking to get a term deposit with Citi will need to do their research around which term is offering the most competitive rate.
Citi also only pays interest at maturity. If you have a 3-year term deposit, for example, you may be missing out on additional interest compared to providers who pay interest annually for multi-year term deposits.
Choosing a Citi product does offer greater customer convenience for travellers as it is a global brand. If you needed to get in contact with Citi for your term deposit, or any other financial product while overseas, a branch may be closer than you think.
