Lender unveils 3.64% interest rate

State Custodians is now offering some owner-occupiers, who want to pay principal and interest, a home loan rate of just 3.64 per cent.

Borrowers will need at least a 20 per cent deposit to qualify for this loan, which comes with a comparison rate of 3.67 per cent (see below).

This limited-time offer is available until 17 December, at which point State Custodians will conduct an internal review and decide whether or not to extend the offer.

For investors paying principal and interest, interest rates start at 3.99 per cent (comparison rate 4.02 per cent).
